Enrollment & Admission Requirements

AIO Prep Academy offers year-round enrollment for qualified student's entering a flexible, self-paced academic track built around accredited U.S. secondary credentials and university placement abroad.

The admissions process governs entry into the academic system offered by AIO Prep Academy. 

The admissions process is designed to be:

• Clear

• Accessible to qualified students worldwide
   

Students may begin enrollment at any time.  There are no live classes and no time-zone restrictions.

The Home Study Program is American International Online Prep Academy’s core academic offering.

It is a fully online, self-paced secondary education system that allows students to complete coursework independently while meeting established graduation standards within an accredited framework.

This program is appropriate for:

• Student-athletes
   
• Families seeking flexibility without compromising academic standards
   

Enrollment is open year-round.

Within the Home Study Program, students are placed into a structured academic track aligned with their academic readiness, goals, and long-term university placement goals.

• Self-paced academic model
   
• Leads to a recognized secondary school diploma issued through an accredited U.S. framework
   
• Aligned with AIO Prep Academy's global university placement pipeline, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia 
• Appropriate for a broad range of learners
   

Students may progress through coursework at a pace consistent with demonstrated mastery, without fixed schedules or live class attendance requirements.

To enroll, students must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
   
• Have completed prior grade-level coursework or its equivalent
   
• Be capable of independent, self-directed learning
   
• Commit to completing all academic and graduation requirements
   

Submission of prior academic records is required.

Academic records are reviewed to:

• Confirm completion of foundational coursework
   
• Determine appropriate course placement
   
• Evaluate potential transfer credits
   
• Develop an effective academic plan
   

Placement decisions are based on academic readiness and program requirements.

AIO Prep Academy moves qualified students through a structured university placement process across multiple international higher-education systems, including:

• Canada
   
• United Kingdom
   
• Australia
   

For qualified students, AIO Prep Academy also evaluates selective U.S. university placement options, including student-athletes, where structured recruiting and institutional advocacy apply.

The University Placement process includes:

• University Placement Planning
   
• SAT preparation, baseline testing, and ongoing practice exams

• AIO Prep staff schedules the SAT 

• AIO Prep staff contacts the selected university on the students behalf

• AIO Prep serves as the first point of contact with the university admissions advisor

• AIO Prep staff assists directly with completing the university application

• AIO Prep staff works directly with university admissions staff until acceptance is approved

University admission requirements vary by country and institution. Students must meet the applicable academic benchmarks for their university placement track.

AIO Prep Academy coordinates the issuance and delivery of official academic transcripts through the appropriate academic framework as part of the university admissions process. 

Students who meet eligibility requirements may proceed by:

1. Completing the registration form
    
2. Selecting a tuition payment option
    
3.  Submitting any available prior academic records for placement review
    

Once enrollment is confirmed, students receive access to coursework and academic resources.
