These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, learning platforms, virtual classrooms, communication tools, and related services operated by American International Online Prep Academy (“AIO Prep Academy,” “AIO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms apply to all users, including students, parents, legal guardians, and other authorized users.

By accessing or using any AIO Prep Academy website, platform, learning system, or service (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy and Tuition & Refund Policy.

If the user is a minor, the parent or legal guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s use of the Services and for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

AIO Prep Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or learning platform, and changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

AIO Prep Academy grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and related content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes in connection with enrollment or authorized participation in AIO programs.

Users may not use the Services or content for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.

All materials made available through AIO Prep Academy—including curriculum, instructional materials, videos, assessments, lesson plans, recordings, software, graphics, logos, and other content (“AIO Content”)—are owned by or licensed to AIO Prep Academy and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from AIO Content without prior written authorization from AIO Prep Academy.

Users may submit content (such as assignments, discussion posts, messages, or other materials) as part of academic participation.

By submitting content, users grant AIO Prep Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and store such content solely for educational, administrative, and operational purposes.

Third-party content made available through the Services remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to applicable license terms.

Users agree NOT to engage in any conduct that interferes with the operation, security, or educational mission of AIO Prep Academy.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting, transmitting, or displaying pornographic, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material
   
• Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior
   
• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive content
   
• Impersonation of another person or entity
   
• Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
   
• Copying or distributing curriculum, assessments, answer keys, or other protected materials
   
• Soliciting personal information from minors without verified parental consent
   
• Spamming, junk messaging, chain letters, surveys, or unauthorized promotions
   
• Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
   
• Violating intellectual property rights of AIO or third parties
   
• Engaging in commercial activities, advertising, or political lobbying without written authorization
   
• Violating any applicable federal, state, or international law
   
• Sharing another user’s personal information without consent
   

AIO Prep Academy reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action for violations of this section.

AIO Prep Academy may provide virtual classrooms, discussion boards, chat features, email, messaging tools, or other interactive services.

Users acknowledge that:

• Participation in group or public features may make communications visible to others
   
• AIO cannot guarantee privacy for information voluntarily shared in public or group settings
   

Users are expected to maintain respectful, appropriate conduct consistent with academic standards.

AIO Prep Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the Services—without refund—if a user violates these Terms, school policies, or applicable laws, or engages in conduct deemed harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate.

While AIO Prep Academy strives to provide reliable access to its Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be limited or interrupted due to maintenance, system upgrades, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
AIO Prep Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIO Prep Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which AIO Prep Academy is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Each authorized user is issued unique login credentials (“Account Credentials”) to access AIO Prep Academy’s learning platforms, systems, and services.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their Account Credentials
   
• Ensuring credentials are used only by the assigned user
   
• Preventing unauthorized access to their account
   

Users are fully responsible for all activity conducted under their account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

AIO Prep Academy must be notified immediately of any suspected unauthorized use, loss, or security breach involving Account Credentials.

AIO Prep Academy reserves the right to access user accounts for administrative, academic, technical support, compliance, training, or security purposes when reasonably necessary and authorized in accordance with internal policies.

All content, materials, software, curriculum, recordings, assessments, designs, trademarks, logos, and instructional resources made available through AIO Prep Academy (“AIO Content”) are owned by or licensed to AIO Prep Academy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly authorized in writing by AIO Prep Academy, users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from AIO Content
   
• Sell, license, rent, or commercially exploit AIO Content
   
• Remove or alter proprietary notices
   

Unauthorized use of AIO Content may result in:

• Immediate termination or suspension of access
   
• Academic or administrative disciplinary action
   
• Removal from a course or program
   
• Legal action where appropriate
   

AIO Prep Academy respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that content made available through AIO Prep Academy infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent at:

To be effective, your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
    
2. Contact information sufficient to reach the complaining party
    
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location

5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
    
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate
    

AIO Prep Academy will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable law.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names used by AIO Prep Academy are proprietary and may not be used without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of AIO Prep Academy trademarks—including use on websites, social media, marketing materials, or third-party platforms—is strictly prohibited.

AIO Prep Academy’s websites or platforms may contain links to third-party websites or resources provided for convenience.

AIO Prep Academy:

• Does not control or endorse third-party websites
   
• Is not responsible for their content, products, or services
   
• Is not a party to any transactions between users and third parties
   

Users access third-party resources at their own risk and should review applicable terms and privacy policies before use.

Use of AIO Prep Academy’s Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

AIO Prep Academy operates from the United States and makes no representation that its Services or content are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

Users accessing the Services from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including U.S. export control and sanctions regulations.

The Services may not be accessed or used by individuals or entities located in jurisdictions subject to U.S. embargoes or listed on U.S. government restricted-party lists.

AIO Prep Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user’s access to any AIO Prep Academy services, platforms, or systems at any time, with or without notice, and without refund, for conduct that AIO Prep Academy determines to be inappropriate, disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms or any related policies.

Grounds for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any incorporated policies
   
• Requests or requirements from law enforcement or governmental authorities
   
• User-initiated account deletion or withdrawal
   
• Discontinuation or modification of services or platforms
   
• Technical, security, or operational issues
   
• Extended periods of inactivity
   
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
   

Termination or suspension may result in:

• Immediate loss of access to all services and platforms
   
• Deactivation of login credentials
   
• Removal or retention of account data as required by law or policy
   
• Permanent barring from future access
   

All enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of AIO Prep Academy. AIO Prep Academy shall not be liable to any user or third party for suspension, termination, or restriction of access.

AIO Prep Academy may provide internal communication tools, including email, messaging systems, discussion forums, virtual classrooms, chat features, and other communication services (“Communication Services”) in connection with its educational programs.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Communications shared through group or public features may be visible to others
   
• Communications may be monitored, reviewed, or accessed by authorized personnel for academic, administrative, compliance, or safety purposes
   
• Communications are not guaranteed to be private
   

Use of Communication Services must comply with these Terms and applicable school policies. Messages or content that are illegal, obscene, threatening, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate may result in disciplinary action, removal from programs, or referral to appropriate authorities.

AIO Prep Academy reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to monitor, restrict, remove, or disclose communications as necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms
   
• Protect students, staff, or systems
   
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
   
• Maintain academic integrity and safety
   

AIO Prep Academy may offer discussion boards, forums, clubs, or other collaborative tools as part of its academic environment.

Any information submitted in these public or group-based areas:

• May be read or accessed by other participants
   
• Is no longer considered private once shared
   
• Is provided at the user’s own risk
   

AIO Prep Academy does not endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for opinions or statements expressed by users. Reliance on such content is at the user’s sole risk.

As part of participation in AIO Prep Academy programs, users may submit academic work, messages, creative content, or other materials (“User Submissions”).

By submitting materials, users represent that they own or control all necessary rights and grant AIO Prep Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials for educational, instructional, administrative, and operational purposes.

AIO Prep Academy may conduct live or recorded virtual classroom sessions. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Sessions may be recorded for instructional, quality assurance, or training purposes
   
• Recorded sessions may be made available to authorized participants for on-demand viewing
   
• Participation constitutes consent to recording
   

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the conduct and disclosures of minor students.

Users acknowledge that communications, submissions, or participation in group-based or recorded environments may be observed or accessed by others and should not be considered private.

AIO Prep Academy cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of information voluntarily disclosed in such settings.
