Refund Policy

All tuition and fees paid to American International Online Prep Academy (“AIO Prep Academy” or “AIO”) are non-refundable, except as expressly set forth below.

Enrollment at AIO Prep Academy constitutes a commitment for the applicable academic term or school year. Tuition obligations are incurred upon enrollment and access to academic services, instructional materials, faculty support, and administrative resources.

Accordingly, tuition is non-refundable once a student is enrolled, regardless of attendance, participation, academic performance, withdrawal, transfer, dismissal, or voluntary discontinuation of studies.

The sole exception to this non-refund policy is the death of the enrolled student.

In the event of a student’s death during the academic year:

• A prorated refund may be issued based solely on the portion of the academic year not yet completed at the time of death.
   
• Proration is calculated using the official academic calendar and the percentage of instructional time completed.
   

Examples (for illustration purposes only):

• If a student passes away after completing 50% of the academic year, AIO Prep Academy may refund 50% of the annual tuition.
   
• If a student has completed 75% or more of the academic year, no refund will be issued, and the tuition for that academic year is deemed fully earned.
   

All refund determinations under this exception are made in accordance with this policy and may require reasonable documentation.”
 

No refunds will be issued for:

• Voluntary withdrawal or dropout
   
• Academic, behavioral, or administrative dismissal
   
• Failure to attend classes or participate in coursework
   
• Transfer to another school or program
   
• Changes in personal, financial, medical, or family circumstances
   
• Dissatisfaction with curriculum, instruction, or services
   
• Visa, travel, relocation, or residency issues (if applicable)
   

Participation in a payment plan does not alter the non-refund nature of tuition. Payment plans are a convenience for families and do not reduce or modify the total tuition obligation.

By enrolling in AIO Prep Academy, parents, guardians, and students acknowledge and agree that:

              Tuition is considered earned upon enrollment and the granting of access to academic platforms, instructional materials, and support services. 

• This Tuition & Refund Policy is binding
   
• No verbal statements, representations, or assurances shall modify this policy unless made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of AIO Prep Academy
•  Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law
