By the time families reach this page, they have reviewed AIO Prep Academy, asked serious questions, and made a clear decision about their student's future.

AIO Prep Academy recognizes the responsibility behind that decision. From this point forward, we begin moving your student through enrollment, academic access, and the university placement pipeline.

Enrollment Activation

Enrollment at AIO Prep Academy is clear and direct.

Once tuition is selected and payment is completed:

Student academic enrollment is confirmed

Student account setup begins

Access to coursework is issued

SAT preparation and baseline testing begin

AIO Prep Academy begins managing the academic and placement process

There are no unnecessary steps at this stage. The next step is enrollment activation.

What Happens Next

After enrollment is activated:

Student login credentials are issued within 24 to 72 hours, depending on payment processing timelines and the student's time zone

Students may begin coursework through the Home Study Program

Prior academic records are reviewed for placement when applicable

Academic planning and university placement planning begin

AIO Prep Academy continues working with the student through academic progress and university placement abroad

From this point forward, the student is part of AIO Prep Academy.

Our Commitment to Families

At AIO Prep Academy, our work is not complete when a student enrolls, completes coursework, or earns an academic credential. Our responsibility continues through university placement abroad.

Our students prepare for the SAT, and we handle scheduling the SAT exam.

Once a student selects a university in our network, AIO Prep Advisors contact that university on the student’s behalf. We serve as the first point of contact with university admissions advisors, coordinate completion of the university application with the student and family, and work directly with university admissions staff through submission, follow-up, and acceptance approval.

We continue working with the student and family until the student has been accepted into a university abroad. Our mission is complete when the approved university admissions letter is received.

That is the AIO Prep Academy Guarantee.
