Adult-Independent Study Program

If you are a Senior High School graduate and you are interested in attending an American University to do your undergraduate studies, AIO Prep Academy's Independent Study High School Program is exactly what you need.  This program is  designed for both past and present High School students. Students attend a virtual/online independent study program designed to allow students to complete the curriculum necessary to graduate from High School in the United States.

THERE ARE NO AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR ADULTS!! Minimum age required is 13 years old. Upon graduation students will have a American High School Diploma from a fully accredited program that qualifies students to attend a four (4) year American University, and many Canadian Universities as well, after successfully completing the SAT Exam..

International Students work at their own pace and have the ability to complete the program as fast as they can complete the required assignments.  

It is a Open Enrollment program with new courses beginning upon registration for each student. Here is how it works, your first course will be sent immediately after your enrollment has been accepted. Other courses will follow as you complete your exams, so that you will always have learning materials to work with.  Unlike our full time virtual High School STEM program, the Independent Study Programs is accelerated so students can complete their course work as fast as they can get it done.  In the United States, most adults in this program are working full time jobs and have families, thus the independence of the program. It is perfect if you need a program to work at your own desired speed.  If your goal is to complete the program as fast as possible, you can work as many hours as you choose 24 hours, 7 days a week.

THIS IS A OPEN BOOK PROGRAM!!  Students can use their notes, books, and even Google the Final Exam questions while testing.  Tests are multiple choice.

Your complete program consist of a total of 21 credits. The courses take you step-by-step through the lessons you need to earn your diploma. 

There is a one time tuition fee for the entire program.  There are NO other charges or fees for this program.   Our tuition is the most affordable tuition available that qualifies students to attend Undergraduate Studies in the United States and Canada.  All required courses for graduation are included in the Independent Study Program with NO additional fees in the future.    

STUDENTS, INTERESTED IN ATTENDING AN AMERICAN 2 YEAR COMMUNITY COLLEGE PROGRAM?  NO SAT EXAM REQUIRED!!  STUDENTS GRADUATE WITH AN AA , ASSOCIATE OF ARTS DEGREE OR AS, AN ASSOCIATES OF SCIENCE DEGREE.  MUCH LOWER TUITION AND HOUSING COSTS!!  Upon graduation you qualify to transfer to a 4 year University to complete your Bachlors of Arts or Bachlors of Science Degree.  A GREAT OPTION FOR STUDENTS THAT ARE NOT PREPARED FOR THE SAT!!

Students must successfully complete the SAT Exam prior to applying for attendance and acceptance in a 4 year American or Canadian University.  Follow the link below for where to take the SAT Exam in Ghana ,Nigeria and South Africa. 

Recommended Courses for College Bound Students as follows:

• Language Arts (English I, II, III, IV - regular: 4 credits
• Math (Algebra 1 and above): 4 credits
• Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Science elective): 4 credits
• Social Studies (U.S. History, World History, American Government .5/Economics .5, Social Studies elective): 4 credits
• World Language (2 years in the same language): 2 credits
• Electives (Any other electives offered for credit): 3 credits

Total: 21 credits

After you have registered and paid tuition you will receive your login credentials within 72-96 hours based upon the time difference between the United States and your country.  Your login credentials will be provided directly from our academic partner via email.
